A 19,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Renault dealership designed and built by Charles Topham Group in Bolton's southern gateway.
The development replaced Renault Bolton / REAGROUP's dealership on St Helens Road, offering expanded facilities for local customers, with a nine car showroom, 10 bay workshop, and Renault Minute fast-fit centre for all makes of cars.
Additionally, Renault Bolton / REAGROUP’s new site hosts an MOT station which can test vehicles up to class seven (vans) and, a parts department.
Design features included: a light building with large glass areas, easy access to all services available for customers and expanded facilities to make a better working environment for staff.
Charles Topham Group sold the showroom investment for �4,300,000 in September 2007.
